Overloaded is an alternative provision working with young people age 14years – 18years old in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, and Cambridgeshire, specialising in support and wellbeing.

We support young people referred by schools, LA’s many of which have an EHCP. We also have a limited private provision.  

At Overloaded we believe in supporting young people to help them grow into the best version of themselves they can be. With over twenty years of teaching experience, we specialise in Special Education Needs (SEN), Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH), Education Health Care Plan (EHCP) support and Careers, Education Information and Guidance (CEIAG). We have a strong focus on EBSA (Emotional Based, School Avoidance) welcoming high functioning ASD and lower-level SEN young people.

We offer tailored timetables for each young person coming to us, to help this supports, them explore and reengage with learning. They are supported to understand themselves, their barriers and life strategies to move forward and achieve. This is achieved through a professional team delivering, academic sessions, 1:1 SEMH sessions, counselling sessions, CEIAG sessions. Job coaching, EHCP guidance and Positive Support Planning.

Our facilities are based and around St Neots, Cambridgeshire. Our calm, quiet spaces include a learning SENtre, 1:1 rooms, a shop run by young people, an outdoor activities space and farm.
